I discovered, to my dismay, that to view my applets, you need a relatively new version of Netscape Navigator or Internet Explorer. I know for a fact that my applets won't run in Netscape 4.04, and they do run in Netscape 4.5. I don't know about Netscape's versions between 4.04 and 4.5. :-) Apparently 4.04 was released before the Java Development Kit that I used to develop my applets, so the older browsers can't understand my code. But Netscape is free, so there's hardly any reason you should not download the newest version! Internet Explorer 4.0 will do the job, too.
Go to Eyes applet: eyes that track movements of your mouse.
Go to PageLayout applet: it is a very primitive page layout program that lets you draw frames, put text in them and format that text.
